What is the best way to reach Grooming Woof Love?

Text is always best. It is just me at my business and so occasionally it may take just a little time for a response back. If I'm in the middle of a groom I will not check messages as I give my undivided attention to the pup that is on my grooming table. If you would much rather speak over the phone, send me a text stating so and I will respond with a call back time to answer any questions you may have.

What do I need to bring?

Just you and your pet on a leash. Even if your pet is the best at being off leash, it is super important to keep them attached at drop off and pick up. Since I do my grooming from home, I do my best to respect my neighbors and their property as well as to not have any incidents that would lead me to have to shut down.

Where are you located?

I am located in the Summerlyn West subdivision. I have converted my garage into a safe and stress free grooming area. So when you put my address 176 Green Egret Way into your gps, it will lead you into a neighborhood to a one story house, not a shopping center.

What types of payments do you accept?

Cash,Card or Check

I use Square as my source for taking card payments. 

If you also choose to do contactless payment, I could send you a link to your phone of an invoice to take payment that way as well. 

What if I have more than one dog? Can I bring them both at the same time?

Yes! Most Definitely! When we speak about your pets I will offer both options. First option being you can bring them on separate days. Second option being you can bring them in both at the same time and I will have a time slot especially fit for them together. I even have some pet parents with a family of 5. Five would be the max to bring in at one time.

Can I leave my dog with you till I get off of work?

This is a big no. I offer express grooming so your pup doesn't have to sit in a kennel. I do not board or pet sit. I specifically book your dog for the time needed to be groomed and then there is an appointment backed up to your service. I pride myself on the one on one grooming setting, not picking up your pet promptly when finished will result on the next appointment not having an individual environment. I provide a text 15 to 20 minutes prior to finishing up so your pet can be picked up as soon as the service is completed.

Do you groom cats?

I sadly do not. I have before in the past but it has been several years since then and I would not feel confident in attempting it now. I apologize for the inconvenience.
